Investition project „THE BLUE GOLD“
World markets are in a fever. Stocks are falling down and only nature resourcies do not lose their price (are invaluable). Among all the nature resourcies there is one of the most important for all inhabitants of our planet - drinking water. That‘s why many experts are calling water “The Blue Gold”.
The reserves of drinking water on our planet are limited, though the most part of its surface covered by solt water. Only 3% of water is a drinking water, 2/3 of it is in glaciers or polluted. The rest 1% is now enough, but worlds population is growing; not drinking mater resources. In the near future it will be needed 4% more water than now becouse of growing industrial and agricultural production. The analysts prognosticate that in near 20 years will be spend from 500 million USD till one trillion USD for water consumption.
In this connection it is proposed the investition project “ THE BLUE GOLD” with placing investments into mineral water sources in Germany’s reserve area near Cologne on the Rhine.Underground reservoirs are located at the depth of 70 meters and allowed to get 170-180 million litres of mineral water of the highest quality. This water has permission in Europe to be used in baby’s nourishment. The land with these sources is a private property of a family; which proposed the following investitions:
1. The joint building of producion for mineral water extracting and bottling. The project documentation is developed and confirmed by the government.
2. Purchasing rights on the land and water sources.
3. Purchasing rights on bottling with the own trade-mark.
For taking part in this project the necessary investition evaluated to be from 30 to 100 million €.
Now the preliminary works for providing defence of reservoirs are carried out, the roads are build to railway road and to the highway leading to the seaport.
